300 Danforth Rd

 

There is a new condominium and townhouse development proposed for 300 Danforth Rd, at Danforth Rd and Warden Ave. 300 Danforth Road Condos is proposed to have a total of 241 units, 161 of which would be part of the condo tow. The condo will rise 12 stories, whereas the townhomes will be 4 stories. 161 m² (1,741 ft²) of commercial space would face the street.
